1. Our Commitment

TopSeoSearch provides professional SEO services under documented briefs. Our refund policy reflects the nature of professional services and French consumer law.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, by expressly requesting that work begin before the 14-day period expires (which occurs by proceeding to checkout and selecting a start date), you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once work has commenced. Business clients do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.

3. When Refunds Apply

• We are unable to begin work within 5 business days of payment due to circumstances on our side
• The initial deliverable is not completed within the agreed timeframe due to our failure
• The Technical SEO Audit fails to address the documented scope of work

4. When Refunds Do Not Apply

• Work has commenced and a first deliverable has been provided
• Client delays in providing access or brief materials caused delays
• Ranking improvements do not match expectations (as no specific rankings are guaranteed)
• Change of mind after work commencement

5. Process

Email contact@topseosearch.com within 14 days of the issue arising. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
