Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

All TopSeoSearch services are delivered digitally. No physical deliverables, on-site services, or printed materials are provided under any circumstances.

2. Delivery Timeline by Service

• Technical SEO Audit: 5-7 business days from brief sign-off and site access
• On-Page SEO: Ongoing monthly work with reporting by the 7th business day of the following month
• E-E-A-T Content Strategy: 3-week setup, then monthly article delivery
• Backlink Acquisition: 4-week initial ramp, then monthly placement reports
• Local SEO and Google Business Profile: 10-day setup, then monthly management
• SEO Analytics and Reporting: 5-day setup, then monthly reporting

3. Project Start

Work commences within 1-2 business days of receiving payment and required access. If access credentials are not provided within 5 business days of payment, the project start date adjusts accordingly.

4. Deliverable Format

Deliverables are provided as: PDF reports (audits, monthly reports), Google Docs (content and strategy documents), shared dashboards (rank tracking, analytics), and email or Slack communication for ongoing work.

5. Delays

If a delivery delay is anticipated on our side, we notify the client within 48 hours with a revised delivery date and explanation.
